The Round Table

In the 18th Century , the neigbourhood of St Martin:s Lane was the resort of "horsey and fighting men".It was in the taverns that these men met and arranged historical flights. The sign of the Round Table indicated that even- handed justice was observed within and that all corners where treated alike.
The Round the Table pub has grown closer to the world of theater and is welcome meeting place for actors and audience alike. The Round Table runs a beer festival in the Autumn. If requested the pub can cater for private functions of up to 30 people.

And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
